With its spacious and modern design, this 3-storey villa is particularly suitable for families. It offers comfortable and bright accommodation for a maximum of 8 + 2 guests in 4 double bedrooms and an additional room with a pull-out sofa.
The spacious first floor has an open plan living/dining room area, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
The 1st floor houses the 3 remaining double bedrooms and the additional room with sofa bed which is connected to one of the bedrooms. Two of the double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms & balconies from which you can enjoy the beautiful sea views.
The 2nd floor is exclusively for your entertainment, relaxation and fun :). Whether you use the infrared sauna, play a game of billiards or work out in the fitness area, you have all the amenities to choose your favorite vacation. The adjoining terrace offers a magnificent sea view of the Medulin archipelago.
All levels of the house are connected by an internal staircase.
The first floor additionally offers direct access to the beautiful oval pool and 2 terraces where you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee. On the larger covered terrace, you can prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and enjoy shared meals with family and friends on relaxed warm summer evenings. Villa Mutila is equipped with WiFi and offers parking for up to 8 cars (4 covered).Villa Mutila is located in Medulin, formerly a small fishing town, but today the town is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Istria, also known for its variety of rocky, pebble and sandy beaches. Among other things, because of the beautiful sandy beaches that are suitable for all ages. In Medulin you can spend a quiet and romantic vacation, but guests who like to stay active will certainly find something for themselves here. For sports lovers, Medulin offers soccer, horseback riding, tennis, sailing, mini golf, flying, bowling, volleyball on the sand, diving through the silence of the underwater world and several other sports and water sports. Explore the narrow stone streets of the town and enjoy your first cup of coffee or tea in one of the numerous bars and restaurants, where you can also try the famous specialties of Istria. Just a short drive away is Cape Kamenjak, a wonderful example of untouched nature. Crystal clear sea and beaches with plenty of natural shade will amaze even the most demanding guests :)
