This hotel is situated in quiet and somewhat elevated residential area of Puerto de la Cruz, close to Parque Taora. The beaches Playa Jardín and Playa Martiánez are 2 km from the hotel, and the hotel offers transport to this zone, whilst shopping and entertainment venues lie around 150 m away. Every week a guided tour is given to explain the rich botanical details to the guests. The resort has one zone completely renovated in 2006, and the other blocks were renovated in 1995.
